Variable-angle notching machine / automatic / NC

The new notching saw based on the known prism 600 has been adapted to meet the growing demands of the market. The saw now includes a vertical blade with 650 mm diameter and a horizontal saw blades with 550 mm diameter. So that profiles up to 300 mm width and 280 mm height can be processed. Due to the larger saw blades milling depth up to 210 mm horizontally and up to 262 mm vertically can be reached at 90 °.

The saw is controlled by a 4-axis NC controller. The adjustment of the notching height, swivels vertically, horizontally with vertical swivel range and notching is motorized. The swiveling range of the vertical saw blade is 90 ° ? 60 ° + 30 ° (forward / backward) .The swivel range of the horizontal saw blade is 90 ° + 45 ° ? 45 °.

The material stop (tabletop) is manually swiveled to the left and right, 30 ° ? 90 ° ? 45 °, positioning is performed via measurement scale or an electronic digital display. The material depth stop is adjusted via the control.

To increase safety, the machine is equipted with a protective cover with PVC curtain and a two-hand control according to CE guidelines.
