Edge-trimming machine

CNC trimmer for refinishing doors covered with PVC after the lamination on vacuum presses. The machine distinguishes itself for the high production capacity and for the high finishing level in the PVC trimming.

The machine is managed by an NC with 4 interpolating axes and an automatic system for realizing the automatic work program through the automatic acquisition of the dimensions of each workpiece. The automatic workpiece feeding is by means of a motorized belt conveyor whose surface is of high adherence which does not oblige to use mechanical devices to clamp the workpieces.

Thanks to its high production capacity, the Refil is the machine which reduces drastically the number of people employed in this job which normally is carried out by hand.
