Worldia's steel Brazing Furnance comes with reliable electrical control system and advanced partition type heater. It is used for mass production of various vacuum brazing products, such as brazing for diamond cutting tool industries. This machine is high cost-effective for medium-sized diamond cutting tool manufacturers.

This vacuum brazing furnace is tailor made exclusively upon customer?s request which is mainly used in mass production of various vacuum brazing products. It is employed with Partition type heater which ensures temperature uniformity in heat up zone. It can be brazed in either vacuum or air atmosphere which ensures cleanness and brightness of work piece. It is equipped with manufacturing technology which ensures stable performance of the Furnace.

It has a maximum operating temperature of 1150°. Its floor area is 3,000*3,000mm. It requires Power of 380V or 60kw. Its temperature control accuracy is upto ±1°C. It consists of a Heating chamber, Vacuum Furnace body, Vacuum system, Gas charging and discharging system, Pneumatic system, Electrical control system and a Water cooling system.
