PUL servo planetary gearbox series are developed according to one-piece principle to offer precise and reliable operation. One-piece components, the gearbox, planetary gears carrier and sun gear, features low backlash, high levels of reverse rigidity and loading capacity. The unicase design also ensures the concentricity of the transmission components during operation.

Advantages of one-piece transmission components are optimum sealing, quiet running, low backlash and high torque capacity. Synthetic lubricant maximizes performance and benefits maintenance free service life.

The features of PUL series planetary gearbox include high radial and axial loading capacity, low backlash of 8 arc-min or less, quiet running, low temperature rise and service life lubricant. The PUL series is an accurate and great rigidity solution for precision servo positioning application of rack and pinion linear system.

PUL planetary gearheads are available in 3 backlash levels by ratio, and 6 frame sizes with flange installation. Mounting brackets are ready to any servo motor, or customized by demand.
