LDS1000HS is a high performance Laser Doppler Displacement meter that has a high laser frequency stability of 0.01 ppm. It also provides a high positioning accuracy of 0.1 ?m/m and a high signal-to-noise ratio. It is suitable to provide positioning feedback or the calibration of ultra-precision stages. The system also gives fast response, enhancing the performance of the closed loops systems. It has delay time of just 300ns.

LDS1000HS can be used with flat mirrors. It is also compatible with path multipliers that duplicate the resolution at any bouncing. The device offers high resolution. Its results are highly accurate.
