Ceramic heated knife

Ceramic heated knives made of silicon nitrade can be produced in various sizes and shapes. It can be adjusted to fit the dimensions of the material or surface to be cut. The ring knives are typically available in rectangular shape, with cutting edges and heated rails. Uniform temperature distribution, extremely fast heating rate and high control accuracy are attained due to good thermal conduction and the low thermal mass of the ceramic material. High stress resistance and excellent wear resistance at short processing times is guaranteed by the high strength of hot-pressed silicon nitrade. The ceramic material is resistant to disinfectants and detergents and does not react to food in any way. Knives for machines operating in the open air at temperatures up to 500 C° are also provided. Performance and temperature control can be adjusted to the material and the machine.
