Our SQM-200 Dual Channel Monitor is the next generation Rate/Thickness Monitor with 8 programmable digital inputs, 8 programmable digital outputs and 4 analog outputs. The SQM-200 can manage simple single sensor processes as well as more complicated co-deposition and alloy processes with an independent mode allowing it to function as two completely separate monitors. The SQM-200 has temporal averaging for superior accuracy in large chambers using planetary fixtures. The SQM-200 has a shutter delay for precise control of film quality with rate sampling capability and displays units in mass or thickness with Time/Power feature allowing films to complete even with crystal failure.
