Our intensive mixers with blades MIC, dedicated for continuous type processes, share the same main features of our MIB batch mixers: a horizontal vessel, with 1 rotor provided with our patented mixing tools, the PHR blades.
These mixers can be used for mixing operations of dry powders, granulates, and semi-pasty materials (such as soil or sludge).

Our MIC mixers can have either an ’overflow discharge’ solution or ’bottom discharge spout’. The first one allows the control of the residence time of the material into the vessel and improve the mixing action, and the other one is suitable for low residence time requirements a more economical solution.
The standard range of mixers has a capacity up to 650 m3/h.

Our MIC continuous mixers are used in several industrial applications in the environment or mining, to treat some polluted soil, to do some sludge stabilization or fly ash hydration.
