With its unique design and patented dosing cylinder, the TSMs OPTI-FEED is ideally used for metering the colorant evenly and accurately. The dosing cylinder reduces the threat of pulsation while metering into the main stream giving the end user maximum control of the entire process. The design of the device ensures that the coloring materials do not get stuck between mechanical parts. It reduces downtime as well and there is judicious use of expensive coloring agents. As it actively prevents pulsating, output quality is enhanced. Thanks to its superior metering feature, there is very less use of colorant and additive usage, hence reduces cost. Can meter large quantities of materials with lower torque. With a single dosing cylinder, you can expect an output capacity range of 5 gr/h to 25 kg/h.
