AERO Pleat Flat ? APF model filters are flat type panel filters made up of G2/G3/G4 or F5 grade synthetic filter media. In this model, the filter media pad is encased in a metallic frame (galvanized steel or aluminium), bonded properly to ensure a leak free operation. A wire mesh having 98% open area is provided on the upstream and downstream which reinforces and supports the filter media. APF model filters are available in 15mm, 25mm and 50mm depths.

AERO Pleat W - APW model are extended surface pleated filters to deal with high air velocity applications. APW model filter utilizes G3/G4 grade 20mm thick poly fibers filter media in pleated form to have an extended surface area. The wire mesh support on both sides provides enough rigidity to the pleat packs and ensures pleat stability. This models offer low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity. APW model pleated filters are ideal for Air handling unit applications as a pre-filter or as a medium efficiency panel filter. F5/F6 grade pleated panels are also available for special applications to use as a final filter. Standard depths: 48mm, 95mm, 150mm.
