The continuously measuring IMR 200 works on the tribo-electric measuring principle. The simple version of the IMR 200 is used for quality control and dust emission and is used for example as a filter monitor.

For quantitative dust emission control, the IMR 200v is used in conjunction with the flow measurement device the IMR100. Where the monitoring of dust emissions in all industries with dry flue gas is possible.

The operation in large combustion plants and incinerators is almost maintenance free.

The tribo electric probe with the attached analyser electronics is easily installed in the flue gas duct with a 1? weld-in threaded connector. Data output is by analogue 4 ? 20 mA signals.
