Chinabase Machinery (Hangzhou) manufactures plain bearing that provides high level of smoothness, efficiency, and low noise. In liquid lubrication cases, the sliding surface is free from the risk of being separated from direct contact with oil. It also minimizes surface friction losses and wear. The film also has vibration absorption capability. This plain bearing is suitable for heavy duty applications.

The smooth movement of the bearing forms a good mixture of transfer film, thus protecting the shaft. The sintered layer and the copper substrate with a good thermal conductivity, enables the bearing to move rapidly during operation. For long term use, the copper components provide self-lubricating capability. It also has high level of resistance against corrosion both in weak acid and weak base.
