The Aero-Flow? Series from ACS Valves is a rotary valve for pneumatic conveying. It has a dual-induction endplate design, which allows pressurized air from both endplates into rotor pockets to give highly efficient, air-assisted material introduction.

Customers may choose their preferred heights, from 17 1/2"H to 21 1/8"H. The flange sizes are from 6 5/8" x 6 3/4" to 25 1/4" x 12".

The Aero-Flow? guarantees quality performance even in high-temperature applications up to 500°F. It has a cast iron housing, and a 10-vane rotor with beveled tips and sides.

A 304 or 316 cast stainless steel valve housing are available as options. Available interior coatings are hard chrome, tungsten, nickel, and epoxy.
