Rotary actuator / pneumatic / double-acting / spring-return

The Series ARP is of rack and pinion construction. They are either spring return (single-acting) and double-acting. The extruded AL-profile body is constructed from pressure diecasted anodized AL for model ARP40; the end caps and pistons/ racks are pressure diecasted AL except for model ARP001 where the end caps are technopolymer. The steel pinion is zinc-plated. POM guide parts and NBR seals in sizes 001, 003, 005, 010, 012, 020, 035, 055, 070, 100, 150, 250, 400 are other features. It operates at -30°C to 100°C with a 90°rotation angle.

They can be mounted directly to the valve flange with bolts and screws, or via mounting kits with adaptor pin and bracket. It uses fluid filtered air without lubrication at 2-10 bar. If lubricated air is used then continuous use of ISOVG32 oil is recommended.
