The MDF 220 is a double sided machine manufactured by SOMOS International. It is intended for the repeated requirements of SOMOS clients, it specially includes the watch making industry, to have an equipment completely for minimal dimensions and extremely small thickness of parts. This permits the dual sided procedure of components down to 0,07mm thickness, no matter whether it is for lapping, polishing or superior finishing.

It enhances the geometrical qualities for parts that were done only on one side machines until now. The processing times are significantly cut off, but above all, each step for bonding or un-bonding are not necessary anymore, cleaning is also simplified. This advantage leads to a remarkable reduction of the non quality rate that is normally noted during these steps of the production procedure.
