Steel belt-based freezing systems are used to freeze various food products. Freezing times are reduced and energy is saved through the combination of an air blast freezing function and the steel belt's conductivity. An total hygiene is ensured by the smooth and joint-free surface of the steel belt. Products slide smoothly and cleanly, thus minimizing the waste and breakage.

The machine can also be used for the IQF freezing of whole fish, fish fillets, crabs, scallops and shrimps.
