Refrigeration tunnel

The coolint tunnel is designed to be adaptable to each client's specific requirements, being provided with the necessary cooling equipment according to the quantities to be produced in each case. Optionally, a second intermediate outlet can be provided for products that do not need a long cooling process.
The speed of the conveyor belts increases progressively from one to the next so as to slightly strech the rope. The Air circulates longitudinally along the ropes, thus achieving an uniform cooling. The doors that are situated in the frontal and posterior part of the tunnel provide easy access for maintenance and cleaning. All the cooling components are incorporated inside the tunnel, which avoids having to carry out exterior installations.
It is manufactured so that it can be transported in one piece, and due to its dimensions, it can fit in a 40 ft container.
