The OM 10 from AOIP is a micro-ohmmeter that produces 4-wire measurements of inductive and non-inductive resistances of up to 50 k? with constant or pulse measuring current up to 100 mA. This device operates at a resolution of 10 µ? and an accuracy of 0.05%. The accuracy of measurements is provided by the automatic compensation of thermal electromagnetic forces. Furthermore, the device is usable with the storage temperature limit ranging from -30° up to 60°C.
