Cone Ring couplings designed by Benzlers comes with varying options, heavy and medium duty . Unit design comes with great improvements in torsional flexibility as well as limited freedom of axial movement through the design with a series of rubber conical sections rings. Types 611, 612, 613, 614 comes with bore sizes that are up to 355mm in diameter and has a basic rated torque that is 188700Nm. They are able to accommodate varying types of shaft alignments that are necessary in regular operations as unit development is based on the old pin and bush design that provides ease and simplicity in dismantling.

Unit differs fundamentally because of the resilient material behaviour which substitutes the parallel bush with a series rubber and conical section ring, this provides superior improvement in tortional flexibility along with limited freedom of the axial movement for a single connected shaft that is relative to the other.
