Multi-transducer inspection crawler / foldable

The Phased Array & TOFD Crawler UHTS-X02 supports phased array probes and up to 3 pairs of probe holders simultaneously. The center of the model is folded to allow an enhanced coupling stability to work on smaller pipes. The standard is calibrated as two channels, while the device's magnetic wheels can be attached to the work piece for easy operation.

The instrument is built with a spring guide way structure. This design follows the surface, thus preserving the strong coupling between the wedge and the work piece. For simultaneous detection, the UHTS-X02 crawler is built to be compatible with the flaw detector Supor. This increases the scanning coverage and provides multiple judgment procedures to avoid miscalculations.

The model comes in six combinations to meet different application requirements.
