Vertical hinge fixing machine with manual loading / unloading by the operator
Vertical input and output conveyors available as option
Fixing head equipped with a plate loader with 1 main magazine + 1 spare, a pneumatic drill, a rotating clamp and a 2 bowl automatically fed screwdriver
Plate fitting on Aluminium, PVC or PVC with max 20/10 mm reinforcement profiles
Indicative rates: one plate fixed every 15 seconds (not including loading and unloading)
Hinge magazine with min stock detector and alert
Frame referencing by the lower cross bar
Degraded mode operation with bar code reader or in conjunction with the customer CAMM
Control console with operator and CAMM interface PC
As option, ability to equip the machine with up to 4 loaders, to vary the plate models and colours
TT drilling unit and automatic frame top and bottom TT fixing as option
Motor driven tilting table or motor driven tilt unit as option
