Pneumatic lifting system

The Z-L 6 and the Z-L 12 are pneumatic lifting axes that have rigid layout that offers an offset load guidance in vertical axis. Since the movements of the hand are placed straightly to the load, the axes be utilized to guide loads safely.

Light operation and low masses are offered by the Z-lift machines because of their aluminum profile sections. The linear guidance systems with re-circulating ball bearings are also optimized; they need only low manual forces for the lifting movement. The pneumatic cylinder drives the lifting motion.

The lifting capacity of the Z-L 6 is up to 160 kg and its moments are up to 600 Nm while the Z-L 12 can lift up to 300 kg; their moments are up to 1,200 Nm.
