The QuantiFluor?-P Fluorometer from Promega takes over the Turner BioSystems Picofluor Fluorometer with the same device, but with an updated design. The unit is a lightweight, handy device built for several types of fluorescent probes, which are typically used in nucleic acid and protein quantification.

It is built with two dedicated channels, which deliver the ability to rapidly test a sample for two various fluorescent signals. The device can be kept in a drawer, or on a shelf. With its cost-efficient value, this can be bought in bulk for easy management in the demands of a busy lab.

In addition, the unit does the math, and automatically shows the user’s concentration after every measurement.
