Atlas Copco's ZD oil-free screw and reciprocating piston and compressor is world-renowned and delivers quality air at medium pressure with high air efficiency boosters which bring the air to 40bar (580psig).

ZD is a futuristic reciprocating technology. It has a revolutionary design and is superior in energy saving. Installation is easy with its concrete baseplate and customers will enjoy its silencing canopy. This product has numerous uses bringing many benefits to its customers including: it is certified 100% oil-free which complies with ISO 8573-1 CLASS 0 (2010) certification with zero risk of contamination, damage or losses.

Atlas Copco was the first manufacturer in the world to receive such a certificate in 2006. These compressors have high reliability, advanced control and monitoring, low maintenance and maximum energy-saving by allowing users to use their energy twice. With the adaptation of a heat recovery control unit, the energy recovered in the cooling water of a water-cooled ZD can be used for several other uses like boilers, showers and cleaning processes.
