The Heavy-Duty Rotary Torque Transducers (Series: 1811), generally powered using an inductive transformer, features a bearing-only contact structure that keeps maintenance operations at a minimal frequency. Furthermore, the non-contact characteristic of the signal transfer, independent from rotational movement, enables the transducers to operate with top speed for an extended period of time.

The rotary torque transducers, best for long-term durability applications like rotational power transmission, has measuring torque capacity that spans from 5 up to 150,000Nm with an accuracy of about 0.5% full scale. Also, the output signal (o/p) is frequency signal 10±5 kHz with square wave 0-12V. In addition, the maximum rotational speed of this transducer is 4500RPM.

Upon customer specification, these transducers can be coupled with a speed sensor and its tachometric wheel, which measures the rotation speed of up to 60 pulses per round.
