TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

*KULP Homogenizer consists of two stainless steel conical gears. One of the gears is stable with the gears produced from thicker to thinner on its surface and the other one is rotating with 300 cycles / minute which is produced from 10 horsepower hour electrical motor.

* KULP Homogenizer has a 80 liter stainless steel hopper which is placed on the top of the system. The product to be homogenized is placed on this hopper manually or from a pump.

* It is possible to circulate the product a couple of times until having the required smoothness of the product.

* KULP Homogenizer has an adjustment mechanism to adjust the thickness of the product .

* By rotating the hand wheels, the distance between the stable and the rotating gears are increased or decreased. This distance between the gears adjusts the thickness of the product.
