The CTB400 is a CNC programmable automatic metal cutting band saw manufactured by Amada. Through the integration with the Amada carbide band saw blade, it offers a cutting rate of 95cm²/min, a surface finish ranging between +0.05/mm and -0.05/mm of diameter.

The key features of the CTB400 include a saw head frame with rigid 'C' section, a drive wheel worm gear transmission, a CNC saw feed control that has 220 pre-programmed materials, a blade deviation monitor that monitors blade condition, a smart multiple index cycle that allows cutting at greater lengths, and a split front vise that allows the reduction of burr.
