Unique Media Flow Action!
With Almco's Natural Contour molded Urethane-lined tub, parts stay immersed in the mass to give either gentle or agressive deburring. While the media and parts both rotate in an upswept angular clockwise movement, consistant cleaning is accomplished through the dual replaceable urethane drain plates aided by the consistant spray system. The center dome is an optional accessory and removable.

Almco Round Bowl fitted with rotating divider to provide multiple compartments fabricated of urethane, spaced for individual handling of parts, thus preventing impingement and eliminating fixturing. Parts are loaded and unloaded from rotating mass without stopping machine.
