Principle of operation of vibrators :

The movement of vibrators is three-dimensional type ; this is a rotation about a horizontal axis, generating a spiral shape.
The vibration generator of vibrators consists of a vertical motor axis, a spring assembly holding blocks and eccentrics.
Adjusting the angle between each eccentric block, and their mass determines the amplitude and vibration mode.
These vibrators can be equipped with integrated separation system, as well as metering pump for continuously injecting liquid compounds
