The SwiftED 3000 X-Ray Microanalysis system is compatible with the TM3000 Tabletop Microscope and includes the LN2 EDS detector. Located inside the TM3000, the detector will not be at risk of damages. The SwiftED will analyze and collect information from samples in short periods of time. The user can operate with a point and ID feature to select analysis points. Qualitative and quantitative analysis can also be carried out. X-rays and line scans may be acquired with all data moving into Microsoft Word documents; Word software is required for this part.

The SwiftED 3000 operates at 30mm2 SATW and requires little maintenance. It acquire elements from boron to uranium based on their values and has resolutions lower than 137eV at MnKa and 161eV at CuKa.
