This is a Dense phase pneumatic conveying system manufactured by Safmak which features its transport system having a low velocity and high pressurized air. The whole machine is consist of a Silo, a valve, pressurized vessel and a pipeline. The unit works by simple when the valve in the silo opens, materials inside the silo is discharged from the vessel. The valve close when a signal is send coming from level sensor that it needs to be closed. Also, when pressure reaches at sufficient level, it give a signal to the outlet valve to open so that its transport materials properly. This machine is the ideal Pneumatic transport system wherein operations are having a hard time on segregation and degradation problem.
