The KKS electrolytic polishing and fine deburring unit offers secure and reproducible electro-chemical processes with a smooth, metallically clean stainless steel, high-gloss, corrosion resistant, burr-free surface.

Use of the KKS electropolishing technology provides you with precise specifications in all of your process parameters, and the micrometer range material removed from the workpiece surface. The higher tip removal and edges will cause the microscopic roughness of the surface to flatten and result in the edges/corners having a fine deburring.

The unit has pre-cleaning and final cleaning with drying DI water loop and barcode. The rinsing water treatment has an automatic lid for rinsing and electropolishing tanks. There is a PLC connection to a central computer that is FDA compatible with a PLC control recording the process data.
