With our CLASSIC range we offer you Safety Bumpers in proven shapes. In addition to our standard range of Bumpers which are straight in design, we also supply U- and L-shapes, curved or round Bumpers.

Depending on the requirements, you can select the electrical design as normally closed or normally open contact and choose between different, extremely resilient, chemical- and weather-proof surfaces.

Our CLASSIC Safety Bumpers are particularly suitable for making long stopping distances from 20 to 500 mm safe. They comply with the requirements of safety technology in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (formerly 98/37/EC) and the associated ISO 13856-3 and 94/9/EC (ATEX) standards, as well as comparable international standards. Mayser Safety Bumpers are to be found as Anti Pinch Sensors on machines and systems, such as printing machines, presses, suspended railways and packaging machines. They serve as collision protection on automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and they reliably safeguard the stopping distances of large gates. Backstage, these impact cushions also protect actors and technicians from injury in international theatres and event halls by serving as Anti Pinch Sensors on pinching and shearing edges of mobile stages.
