THB?s double row high precision LR series Track rollers with cylindrical or crowned outer ring are used in applications where friction has to be lowered as in case of heavy loads track or as idler wheel. The outer diameter surface of rollers is shaped to the crowned runner surface with R500. The internal structural design of rollers is given by deep groove ball bearings or double row angular contact ball bearings so as to make them withstand higher loads.
Rollers are made using high quality heat treated bearing steel. They are filled with high grade and multi-purpose grease for longer service life. Rollers are made dust proof with a metal shield or rubber seal.
