HYDRA-PZE evaluates planned and unplanned presence and absence periods of employees. The time management integrated into the system can calculate the employee wages based on the remuneration models that are individual or shared. HYDRA-PEP allocates staff to production machines/workplace in accordance with the defined manpower requirements and also the scheduled workload. It will also conduct plausibility checks on staff qualification and availability.

HYDRA-PZE has many functions at the Windows-based or DOS-based personnel clocking terminal. It conducts surveys on personnel presence and absence of employees . It has separate calculation rules for single employees, groups, departments, and companies. It also has the capacity to configure pause/break periods. It maintains time and wage accounts. It can allocate working times to the various wage types.
