The Watrod miller are groove heaters designed to follow a certain consistency set by the user so to maintain its uniformity and maximization of heat pattern for certain plastic processes. It features its ability to customized heat patterns depending upon the user's personal mode of application. These molders have a dense but expanding radius of 0.250 inch which have the capability to expand a certain degree of ±0.062 to ±0.002 inch so that it will maintain their form upon heating. In addition, Watrod will not take much time installing each and every hot runner mold heater. It also comes with different sheet materials depending upon your needs.
