The Clark Sonic® ultrasonic CSLFC carbon steel liquid flow transmitters perfectly measure flow rates of acoustically conductive liquids, most clean liquids and liquids that have entrained solids. They have long-term stability, broad fluid compatibility, high accuracy, no pressure drop and a low cost. There will be no moving parts. ASIC signal facilitates combining of timing, control and transducer drive circuitry on a single integrated circuit. The ASIC makes use of an all improved algorithm that is above the standard technique of single-path measurement . The transducer measures the differences in flight time between the upstream and the downstream transmissions by alternating between transmitting and receiving. An upstream transducer transmits a sound pulse towards a downstream transducer like the traditional time-of-flight measurement.
