Planer-type horizontal milling and boring centre with quad-way centre-mounted headstock capture system utilizes box ways and linear guide-ways in the front and rear respectively for better rigidity. The wide saddle box-ways combined with roller packs give better vibration damping and precision. The box-ways on table, saddle and column provide hardened cast iron surfaces. Anti-backlash double-pinion gear drive on rotary tables and full cast iron structure is provided for table, saddle and column. The T-Base integrated table and saddle configuration allow for X, Y and Z axes column travel of 3000-4000-5000-6000, 2000-2500-3500-3700 and 1600-2000-2500-2900 respectively.
