SIGMA 630 PRO is electric band saw machine that can be used for plastic pipes such as HDPE, PP, PVDF, PVC. It is a ideal tool to equal Alfa fittings fabrication machines.

The SIGMA 630 PRO can make a different angular cuts, depends of your needs. It has a big range of angles between 30° and 67,5°. Every process - preparation or cutting actions are really simple and safe to complete.

The machine can easily move sideward. It gives particular spherical bearings guides.

Machine?s equipment contains a control panel, that is situated at a safety distance from the cutting area. Here the operator can control the automatic movement of the arch saw. The cutting speed can also be adjusted.

Particular supplementary devices can reduce the pressure of the blade which can help reducing the ordinary technical maintenance.

STANDARD COMPOSITION includes auxiliary bench for cutting tees, but ON REQUEST equipment involves pipe supporting trolley and radial cutting kit.
