The movements of the mobile parts of the machine are all under operator control, and the machine is suitable to cut slabs of marble and granite, virtually of any thickness, with the following main characteristics:

Bridge forward - backward movement (Y axis) : the main structure of the bridge is made of strong electrowelded steel, designed to avoid vibrations and to ensure absolute stability. The bridge moves on two couples of cylindrical wheels that run on steel guides in oil bath, protected and positioned on the lateral reinforced concrete walls, and the movement is given by two precision rolled screws actioned by two preloaded and synchronized ball recirculating bushings:
this allows a very precise movement of the bridge, that in turn permits a very accurate cutting, i.e. very accurate dimensions of the cut to size slab.
