The makers have realized that when the end users have a CNC installed in their shops, they might soon depend on the machine for the entire production and livelihood of the company. When the Tech Series was being designed, C.R. Onsrud made a call about not cutting corners or compromising which would mean that you have a CNC Router that you are not entirely confident about. No shortcuts were taken in order to see the machine being sold at a cheaper price to begin with but offer you a lot of bills at a later stage. C.R. Onsrud did not want the end users to worry about the machine going down a time or two in a year and waiting for parts to come through instead of having them produced and a lot more.
