Robotic deburring cell

The FRC500 model is a robotic deburring cell developed by mta®. It is controlled by an industrial PC and allows the automation of selective point to point soldering operations. The cell can also be utilized in micro soldering tasks in a rapid way with high quality and repeat ability.

The three and four axes are completely programmable and also the soldering parameters for each soldered point.

In addition, it is designed with a modular concept to enable easy integration in current production lines through a transfer system. Versions with more than 2 rotary table position is also available to prevent loading/unloading production interruptions.
