The LEOPARD series of extraction machines from PIERALISI employs the DMF technology, which makes it an efficient olive oil extractor. It is the only 2-phase decanter that makes a dehydrated husk like how the 3-phase machines do it. This produces compostable material which makes it eco-friendly. It is also the only 2-phase decanter that combines the extraction technology without the need of water with batch processing. This is due to the bowl discharging device. Furthermore, it produces the highest output in the market, and has very low levels of water and energy consumption.
