Single-punch tablet press

The single presses from Lauffer are suitable for deep drawing, stamping, bending, punching, and gluing. The units come with a shock absorbing system and a die cushion, making the units universal systems.

Its ergonomic design allows the presses to be manually loaded. The slide may be guided in 4-, 6- or 8-fold way, according to the eccentric force of the tool. Users can keep the slide parallel by using a short or long stroke parallelism system.

The press forces of C-frame EPT is from 630kN to 2500kN, while the press forces for 2 or 4 column presses start from 630kN to 12.500kN. The press forces straight sided frame for RA/RZU is 630kn up to 20.000kN.
