Guide rail

Linear belt sliders are assembled with long life timing belt components, precision guides, and a universal mount carriage. They give you smooth and rapid linear motion with essentially zero backlash, .001 inch resolution, 16 in/sec speed, and over 100 million inches travel life. Versatile use and easy to mount due to the thinness--size is 80 x 11 mm (3.15 x .60 in). Supports up to 100 pounds. Slider mounting plate standard length is 4", you may order a 6", 8", 12", or 14" length for a small extra charge. Longer lengths provide greater stability and guidance. Aluminum Slider Rail comes pre-drilled and ready to assemble with our integrated motor/controller (order separately), choices are: 10A-TTL-3SW-42-47M, 10A-TTL-3SW-57-66M, 10A-RS232-42-47M, 100A-TTL-86-80, or other controller/motor combinations. 28" long slider shown, lengths are up to 3 meters.
