Mineral, water soluble metal cutting fluid

Eurol® Soluble Oil A is a mineral, emulsifiable cutting fluid for uncomplicated cutting operations, with cooling as primary target. After mixing with water, a stable white milky emulsion will be formed, because of the special selected emulsifiers.

Eurol® Soluble Oil A does not contain nitrites and is suitable for turning, drilling and sawing operations of various kinds of metals. The product protects tools and work pieces for corrosion and has a low foaming tendency.

Eurol® Soluble Oil A should be added to the water (not the other way round) in a mixing ratio of 1:10 till 1:25. Stir well while adding the product to the water. Because of the stability of the product, it is recommended to use Eurol® Soluble Oil A within one year.

Eurol® Soluble Oil A is extremely suitable for cutting operations of unalloyed and low alloy steels, non-Ferro metals and aluminium alloys on latches and pillar drilling machines.
