Drum emptying system

The BTS consists of a drum with a newly constructed connector, a cover and a clamping ring.

The specially developed funnel with a valve (various systems) is easily and reliably attached to the drum with the clamping ring and seal. As a result, users can employ their familiar technology for emptying.

The funnel wall touching the product reaches into the drum to ensure unhindered product flow. Unlike conventional technology, the border is at the funnel, the attachment geometry on the drum is similar to that of a lid. The drum can be completely emptied.

A lid with a rim is attached to transport the drum and to protect the product. All BOLZ INTEC standard bottom can be used.

Tri-Clamp support brackets can be welded into variants of the drum with a dished base and bottom frame. A CIP lance can easily be installed. Up to five Tri-Clamp support brackets can be used, depending on the size of the drum and the customer?s requirements.

The BTE has been strengthened with a bottom frame and railing (which can also be used as a handle, for protection, or to assist transport) for safety reasons. The vessel is thus also protected in harsh production conditions The entire rim of the drum is also welded and very stable.
