The 3Dlevel Scanner from Binmaster utilizes non-contact, dust-penetrating technology to deliver a high bin volume accuracy. This unit works by measuring numerous points within the bin accounting for irregular material topography. It is based on advanced acoustics that performs well in powders and bulk solids that are put in tanks, silos, warehouses, and open bins and piles.

This 3DLevelScanner is adequate for use in food processing , pharmaceuticals, or chemicals where contact with the material being measured must be strictly prevented. it contains special 3D mapping abilities that gives a visual reading of bin contents, detecting cone up or down as well as sidewall build up.

The machine can operate with powders and solids at a measuring range of up to 200 feet. Its process temperatures ranges from 40°to +85°C and pressure -0.2 ? 3 bar.
