Heavy coolants can be costly and messy. Thus, they require careful maintenance. The need for lubrication, dry machining is not always possible. This is the reason Frigid-X? Sub-Zero Vortex? Tool Cooling Mist System is the best in case of such applications. The unit comprises of a coolant/lubrication suction system which can draw water from any water based liquid into a deigned delivery system.This cools the liquid and a "mist" develops around 40 degrees. For this cooling one needs 20% less coolant. Improved quality and faster production rates is also needed. The amount of mist required, can be cooled by simply adjusting the screw. This simple operation ensures a higher lifetime and low cost bearing.
