The premium quality Fluoropolymer Extrusion SAT conforms to the ISO 9001 guidelines which manufactures tubings by particularly engineered ejectors and extrusion process. The tubing comprises of highly clear (UHP) PFA and FEP raw materials while its O.D. and I.D. is consistently regulated along with electrostatic charge neutralization.

The pollution resistant mechanism guarantees tube hygiene post extrusion. Every tube unit collects a positive nitrogen stream and is instantly capped and wrapped in an individual, heat-locked, dual-polyethylene bags.

Later, the tube loops are stored in a completely sanitized room as pollutants can be extremely harmful for you. The pollutants can lead to reduced chip yields, extra prices and decreased profits. Additionally, the SAT?s PFA and FEP Tubings contain less extractable metals, thus proving to be ideal solution for all your manufacturing issues.
